	03. marts 2004 The Navision ship supplier solution is now applicable with new features that improve efficiency in the operational processes. Ship Suppliers sell to customers/vessels from around the world. These customers use different unit of measure systems such as the metric system, the US system etc. When taking orders it is essential that the different unit of measures can be handled without having to do manual conversion of quantities. Navision Ship Supplier provides this functionality in a flexible way, letting the person who processes the order decide which figures to show on the printed documents. If a customer uses another unit of measure system than you, the quantities are automatically converted, e.g customer C00010 uses foot, and the 20 meters are automatically converted to 65,62 feet. In addition when printing the order confirmation either the quantities will be shown in meters or feet depending on your choice in the request form.
