	30. oktober 2004 New Add on to Navision Ship Supplier now available. The Navision Ship Supplier solution has made a complete integration between the selling documents and ShipServ E- tradeNet. In order to support different scenarios in the selling processes, e.g request for a quote from the customer to the order confirmation, fields and functionality have been added to the Navision and are imported to Navision when the request are submitted. Using the electronic data exchange the supplier will gain saved time and increased accuracy in the sales process due to that the same data are only entered once. Using the electronic data exchange the risk of typing errors are minimized, further use of electronic data exchange speeds up the selling process, hence in particular increasing competitiveness. Among many of these features are, automatically recognition of known customers based on trade net ID, and possibility of obtaining orders from unknown customers, item cross reference allowing customers to use IMPA, ISSA nos. and Vessel positions. The system can be setup with automatic warnings for checking up on differences between what was quoted from the ship supplier and what was finally ordered by the customer. The cause of this feature is that ShipServ allows customers to change e.g. prices, discounts on the quotations.
